The Lenten Journey
Join us for worship during the season of Lent this year and you will notice a few differences. First, at both services, we’ll begin and end in silence. And, because it is Lent, we’ll use the Lenten format found in our Book of Common Prayer. 8:30am will use the traditional language of Rite I; 10:30 will use the contemporary language of Rite II. Join us for a quieter and more intimate Lenten journey this year at St. Martin’s by-the-Lake.
We have been blessed with numerous Sunday visitors this year, and are grateful for those who now consider this their Church community. Want to go deeper? Join us for Episcopal & St. Martin's 101.
We are offering a six-week Lenten course for anyone new to our Church, long-time attenders who would like a refresher, Sr Hi students who have not yet been confirmed, and anyone curious, in a casual, conversational atmosphere. We'll gather for a Lite Soup-Supper at 6:00pm; Class begins at 6:30pm. More info, and sign-up details to come:
