Inspired: Your Mission for 2017
This season of Epiphany focuses on the Light of Christ and mission of the Church: making Christ known, in word and deed, to our world. Last Sunday night our Navigate Youth lit the Christmas Greenery as a symbol of this light. During Epiphany, we also highlight the multicultural reality of the Church, that the good news of God in Christ is known globally. We’ll celebrate this reality with a few changes in our liturgy. In the Prayers of the People we will pray the Global Anglican Communion Cycle of Prayer, and offer prayers for St. Martin’s mission partners. At the 10:30 service, we will also say a Eucharistic Prayer from another part of the world. This year the Eucharistic Prayer comes from the Scottish Episcopal Church.
Your faith; Your family; Your values.
